My name is Esmenia Melembe, a  4th year education student at the Varsity College Waterfall campus, where I have gained a solid foundation in teaching practices, coupled with hands-on experience in the classroom. My passion for fostering academic success in young learners has driven me to specialize in early childhood education, understanding its crucial impact on long-term educational outcomes. Throughout my studies and practical experience, I have developed a strong set of skills in lesson planning, classroom management, and student engagement, all aimed at creating a positive and inclusive learning environment. I am excited to continue my journey in education and make a meaningful difference in the lives of students.
